The short version of how The Gift Muse works, in plain language.
Scheduling fee
Every gift request starts with a scheduling fee, paid when you schedule your moment. This fee covers planning and curation and is separate from the gift itself.
Gift payment
After our curators shortlist gift options, you pay for the gift you choose. The gift price includes packaging and delivery to your chosen area in Lagos. The scheduling fee is not charged again at gift checkout.
Choosing and locking your gift
You have a window to choose from the shortlisted options. If no choice is made by the deadline, our curators select a suitable option on your behalf. Once the gift payment is underway, your selection locks ahead of the event so curation and delivery can proceed.
Refund window
The refund window opens when your scheduling fee is paid and lasts two weeks. Cancel inside the window and fees paid are refunded in full. After the window closes, The Gift Muse retains 60% of service fees if you cancel.
Delivery
We deliver across Lagos, with the delivery charge based on the area you select when scheduling. Gifts are tracked from purchase through to delivery, and you can follow progress in your account.
